Lounching problems dll

Hello i have problems lounching the game. When i duble click Louncher and press connect it gives me this error: GIF89.DLL
Component "GIF89.DLL" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. How can i solw this problem?
i registered that dll, but game doesnt start, main.exe doesnt start after i press "connect" button, i am using win7. any suggestions? any posibilities to get server serial to use another main.exe?

Hi Sir!
You will need to download the GIF89.DLL.

1: Copy>Paste your dll file in C:/Windows/System32/

2: Now Start your command prompt as administrator (hope u know how to do this)

3: In cmd window type "regsvr32 gif89.dll" n hit enter This should prompt a message saying your file registered successfully.
